Srin Vishwanath (CEO and Co-Founder)
Srin Vishwanath is co-founder and CEO of GreenWave Health Technologies, a leading oncology-focused physician practice management, data management, and IT services company based in Southern California. Mr. Vishwanath has had extensive experience in managed care and developing services that better integrate physicians and the payer community. Prior to founding GreenWave, he was the Director of Business Development at City of Hope National Medical Center. He started his career in HCA as a strategic planning analyst. Mr. Vishwanath received his BA in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MHA from Tulane University.
John Shackelford (President and Co-Founder)
John Shackelford has twenty-eight years of healthcare management experience. As the President of GreenWave he works on strategy and business development. Prior to GreenWave, he was the Director of Finance and Business Development for Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, an Administrator of the Heart Institute at Good Samaritan (then the largest cardiovascular services program in California), and the Chief Executive Officer for two of California’s premier cardiology groups. He has consulted extensively in physician practice management, and specialty physician network development and management. In focusing on these areas, Mr. Shackelford has developed a highly specialized area of expertise in strategy development for all managed care contract negotiations, including proposed covered services, capitation rates and service area development. Mr. Shackelford has BA in English from University of Arkansas and an MBA from Tulane University in New Orleans.
Elizabeth Suarez (VP of Operations)
Elizabeth Suarez has more than twenty-six years of experience in business operations and healthcare management, having spent the past eighteen years in various levels of management in the healthcare industry. Her experience includes management positions in a large medical oncology group and a practice management organization. In addition to achieving certification in medical service coding, she has proven expertise in billing and collections for physician groups and outpatient specialty services. Ms. Suarez earned a BA in English from the University of the East, and a Bachelor of Laws from Far Eastern University, both in the Philippines.
Jag Belgaum (CTO)
Jag has over 23 years of experience in the technology industry, and for the last 8 years has been involved in the healthcare technology field. Currently he is directly involved in developing, implementing and supporting various HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) platforms. As a CTO, he oversees data informatics/analytics for the healthcare enterprise, manages a software development team, and leads an EHR implementation team. Jag earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Bradley University, Illinois; and his B.S. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Karnataka University, India.
